Are you independent?
Yes – 100% independent. This means that we’ll find the right financial solutions for your specific needs.
Are you chartered?
Yes. Our team consists of a Chartered Financial Adviser, a Chartered Financial Planner and a Certified Financial Planner. To find out more, click here.
Where are meetings held?
We’re flexible. We know your time’s precious, so we don’t insist on a particular format. We can meet in our offices or come to see you at home if you prefer. Video works too, if that’s your sort of thing.
What are your office hours?
We’re open 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday. However, we do offer flexi-meetings: early mornings, late evenings, or we can even do the odd Saturday if that’ll help.
Do you have parking?
We’re based on Berkeley Square in Bristol. There are metered parking spaces out front. Clients are reimbursed for their parking charges.
Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?
Nope – this one’s on us.
What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?
Just yourself, your significant other (if you have one) and an open mind. You’re welcome to bring financial documents if you like, but the focus of this meeting will be on you, not your money.
How long should I allow for an initial meeting?
Again, we’re flexible. Most meetings are around 45 minutes, but we allow up to two hours in case there’s a lot to discuss.
Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?
Nope. Good things take time – we’re in no rush and think that you should have plenty of time to consider if we’re the right financial adviser for you. There’s absolutely no pressure to make a decision, in fact, even if you want to commit immediately, we have a ‘sleep on it’ policy, which means you have to take some time to consider if we’re the right fit.
How can I book an initial meeting?

Are you regulated?
We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can check this by looking us up on the a FCA register.
Can you advise on Final Salary/Defined Benefit transfers?
No. This is a complex area and you will need to obtain specialist advice. We work with a number of professionals in this area and are able to refer you if need be.
What happens if my Financial Adviser is away on holiday?
Service continues as normal! We’ve got two experienced and qualified advisers (house rules are that both can’t be away at the same time!)
