Privacy
Frazer James recognises the importance and value of your privacy. We have prepared this Privacy Statement to explain what personal data we collect, how we use it and for what purposes.
We are committed to collecting and using such data fairly and in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
What we collect
We may collect the following information:
- full name and company name
- company contact information including email address
- the figures you enter into our calculators, if you ask us to email you your results
What we do with the information we gather
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping.
- We may use the information to improve our products and services.
- With your consent we may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information we feel we have legitimate business reasons to do so.
We may use secure AI-assisted tools to support internal administration, analysis, and summarisation, including summarising meetings and drafting internal documents. This may involve processing personal data you provide, including health information where relevant to advice, vulnerability assessment, or client care. These tools are used under contract, do not make automated decisions, and all outputs are reviewed by a human adviser.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
Our calculators and emailing your results
Our calculators work in your web browser. We do not store the figures you enter unless you ask us to email you your results.
If you ask for your results by email, we use your email address, your first name if you give it, and the figures you entered. We use them to create your results and send them to you. We also send a copy to our team, so we know what you asked for.
We will only contact you about our services if you tick the box to say you are happy for us to get in touch. Asking for your results does not add you to any mailing list.
These emails are sent for us by Resend, an email delivery service. Resend only uses your details to deliver the email, under a data processing agreement. It may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.
Your data, your rights
You have the right to object to how we process your personal information and you have the right to be forgotten. You also have the right to access, correct, sometimes delete and restrict the personal information we use. In addition, you have a right to complain to us. We will investigate and respond to data protection complaints in line with applicable data protection laws. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you remain unhappy with our response or how we have handled your personal information.
